Project Overview

Primary Construction was engaged to complete the full demolition and build-out of three premium suites at the Rogers Centre, including two single suites and one double suite, with one space customized for TD’s corporate use. Each suite was thoughtfully designed to enhance the 2025 season experience, incorporating modern hospitality elements such as built-in bar areas, custom millwork, integrated AV, and upscale lounge seating.

All work was executed on a compressed timeline to ensure completion ahead of opening day, with a strong focus on precision, coordination, and premium finishes throughout. The result is a seamless blend of function and fan experience, transforming each suite into a private, elevated game-day destination.
