Project Overview

Primary Construction was retained to deliver an interior office refresh for Colliers Project Leaders at their 30 Eglinton Ave. W location in Mississauga. The scope included selective demolition, drywall patching, ceiling tile replacement, new electrical and data drops, millwork repairs, flooring patchwork, and a new kitchen faucet installation.

Our team carried out the work during business hours while minimizing disruption to neighbouring suites. The result is a refreshed, functional workspace that better supports day-to-day operations without the need for a full-scale renovation.
