Completed targeted demolition and slab work to support warehouse reconfiguration and future tenant improvements. The scope included the removal of an existing blast room structure, along with all associated debris.

Our team also addressed site leveling requirements by removing elevated slab remnants and applying a leveling compound to achieve a smooth, uniform surface. All work was executed under tight timelines with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and minimal disruption to ongoing site operations.
